Our Values

These values are assessed in appraisals alongside level expectations, and probed in every interview loop.

Ask why, explore deeply, and never stop learning.

We challenge assumptions, seek to understand the real problem, and remain open to better ideas — regardless of where they come from.

This includes intellectual honesty: saying “I don’t know,” investigating it, and changing our minds when the evidence changes.

Remove unnecessary complexity.

We seek the simplest solution that genuinely solves the problem — not shortcuts, oversimplification, or cleverness for its own sake.

This applies to products, user experiences, technology, communication, processes, and decisions.

Take responsibility for the result, not merely the assigned task.

We do not stop at “my part is done.” We raise blockers early, follow through, collaborate across boundaries, and stay engaged until the intended outcome is achieved.

The best outcomes emerge when different perspectives work as one team.

We share context, ask for help early, give honest feedback, and treat product, design, engineering, QA, and delivery as partners — not separate departments handing work to one another.

No waiting silently. No “that’s not my responsibility.” No information trapped with one person.
