Partners
Section titled “Partners”Arillus is managed by partners, each owning one or more functions. Currently, the partners are:

Functions
Section titled “Functions”Every Arillusian permanently belongs to one function. Your function is your professional home: it owns your career ladder, your appraisal, your growth.

Groups
Section titled “Groups”Within each function, people are organised into smaller groups based on their specialisation — for example, backend, Flutter, or frontend within Engineering. Your group is where you grow in your field, stay current with trends, and are supported in your career. Each group has a Group Lead who acts as your functional manager for appraisals and growth.

Project Teams
Section titled “Project Teams”A project team is a cross-functional, temporary team assembled to deliver something. It draws people from both functions — engineers, product people, designers, QA — and works together for the life of the project before dissolving.
Project teams are the primary delivery unit of Arillus. Almost all of the actual work happens inside them. But they are not your professional home — your function and group are. When the project ends, you return to your group; the project team ceases to exist.
